  6. Temps needed: 6 total
    1. 2 on 1s
    2. 3 on 2nd
    3. 1 on 3rd
  7. Pay Rate: $17
  8. Pay week: Sunday- Saturday
  9. Time sheet: Use client
  10. Conversion hours: 520
  11. Background check: Yes type will be disclosed shortly
  12. Drug Test: Yes type will be disclosed shortly
  13. PPE: Client will provide PPE
  14. I-9 Required: Yes

  16. Dress Code: Jeans, 100% cotton shirts/sweatshirts and steel toe boots

  19. Job Description:
    1. To melt, refine, assay and fabricate silver to ensure quality purification and production of precious metals.
    2. Verify inventory weights
    3. Melt, sample and refine precious metal
    4. Hand fabricates purified silver products
    5. Follow and meet the production schedule
    6. Maintain quality standards
    7. Complete documentation
    8. Ensure safe operation of gas-fired and induction melting furnaces
    9. Properly use, operate and maintain machinery to reduce downtime
    10. Complete maintenance request forms
    11. Skill Requirements
    12. Plant experience preferred
    13. Excellent written and verbal communications skills
    14. Basic computer experience
    15. Well organized, multi-tasker and good with time management in high pressure situations
    16. Ability to lift 50+lbs. for extended periods of time
    17. Able to handle exposure to extreme heats
    18. Ability to be versatile
    19. Experience in safety program a plus
    20. Mechanical abilities a plus

English speaking and understanding required for safety purposes: Yes - Would consider Spanish speaking candidates with some basic English, if we had a bilingual candidate that would work with them as well.
