Connect Staffing Inc. is looking to hire an experienced Customer Service Rep for a large manufacturing company located in Fontana, CA.


Schedule:1st Shift 8:00 am-4:30pm Monday-Friday


Requirements of the Customer Service Rep:

  • Must have 1 year of experience as a customer service rep in a manufacturing setting
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication and written skills, proactive problem- solving skills, and the ability to multitask
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Prior experience in roles such as Client service consultant, customer service, account coordinator, support specialist or a customer outreach coordinator position is a big plus

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Rep:

  • Responding to customers quickly and efficiently
  • Upsell existing customers by introducing GD products and services

  • Create quotations for customers and prospects
  • Entering Customer orders into ERP system
  • Other duties may be assigned
