Our Customer Service Representative Role:

  • Execute and accurately complete customer orders directly
  • Retain up to date knowledge of company products and sales promos
  • Create orders, schedule appointments, and collaborate with multiple departments such as sales to improve customer satisfaction
  • Communicate and establish relationships directly with customers
  • Create a positive and fun work culture and promote teamwork
  • Assist customers in determining ordering requirements or services to fit their needs
  • Practice Customer focus, collaboration, and communication with team
Desired Qualifications for our Customer Service Representative:
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
  • Skilled in relationship building
  • Attentive and great at active listening
  • Clear communicator with the ability to use positive language
  • LOVE for people and passion for helping others
  • Ability to stay calm, cool, and collected when customers are stressed or upset
  • Ambitious go-getter
  • Team player with the ability to accomplish individual goals
