MACD TECHNICIAN Job Duties Include but not limited to:

• Configuration changes to customer equipment
• Adds and removes devices from monitoring
• Interacts with Engineering to complete change request
• Complete new site turn-ups
• Test/Verify returned equipment functions

Ideal Candidates for this fast-paced environment must have:

• High attention to detail especially regarding change control
• Knowledge in one or more - Cisco, Juniper, Riverbed, CUCM and FortiGate
• Ability to follow specific change request procedures dictated by customer requirements
• Communicate effectively with the customers regarding MACDs
• Understanding of GLS backend monitoring systems (Nagios, data collectors, etc.)
• Availability to work a varying schedule as needed
• Work quickly and efficiently to meet customer deliverables

Requirements for this position:

• CCNA or equivalent experience preferred
