El papel

Estamos buscando plomeros de servicio para unirse a nuestro equipo del sureste. Como plomero de servicio, usted será responsable de diagnosticar problemas de plomería y brindar soluciones efectivas a nuestros clientes. Desempeñará un papel crucial para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente al brindar servicios rápidos y confiables. El candidato ideal tendrá una sólida experiencia en técnicas de plomería, excelentes habilidades para la resolución de problemas y el compromiso de brindar un servicio al cliente excepcional. Los plomeros de servicio deberán conducir un vehículo de servicio y viajar por todo el sur de Florida según sea necesario. También se requerirá que los plomeros estén de guardia.

Responsabilidades

Realizar tareas de reparación, instalación y mantenimiento de fontanería de forma eficiente y eficaz.

Utilice una variedad de herramientas y equipos de plomería para completar las tareas.

Garantice el cumplimiento de todos los códigos, regulaciones y normas de seguridad de plomería.

Mantener un área de trabajo limpia y organizada y garantizar la eliminación adecuada de los materiales de desecho.

Colaborar con los miembros del equipo para garantizar una prestación de servicios eficiente.

Manténgase actualizado sobre las tendencias de la industria y los avances en tecnología de plomería.

Lea los planos y reúnase con los inspectores.

Calificaciones

Diploma de escuela secundaria o su equivalente.

Mínimo 2 años de experiencia como fontanero de servicio.

Fuerte conocimiento de sistemas, accesorios y materiales de plomería.

Excelentes habilidades para la resolución de problemas y resolución de problemas.

Capacidad para navegar por portales de clientes en computadoras y dispositivos móviles.

Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y servicio al cliente.

Licencia de conducir válida y transporte confiable.

Se prefiere la licencia de oficial, pero no es obligatoria.
