Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial and Residential Plumber to join our team. We are willing to train motivated candidates. The main responsibilities of this role include installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial and residential buildings. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing codes and regulations, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial and residential buildings.
  • Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems.
  • Assess the scope of work and provide cost estimates for projects.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their plumbing needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
  • Select and install appropriate pipes, fittings, and fixtures.
  • Inspect and test plumbing systems for leaks and other faults.
  • Repair or replace plumbing fixtures such as faucets, sinks, toilets, and water heaters.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Adhere to plumbing codes and regulations during installations and repairs.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent.
  • Train and mentor junior plumbers, as required.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Commercial and Residential Plumber.
  • Valid plumbing license/certification.
  • Sound knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and techniques.
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent understanding of different pipe systems, materials, and installation methods.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in various environments and conditions.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
