Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with marketing team members to contribute to various design projects.
  • Support the production process by preparing files for print or digital distribution, ensuring accurate specifications and quality standards are met.
  • Design and produce high-quality graphics for social media posts, stories, and ads.
  • Implement feedback and revisions from senior team members to refine and improve design concepts, ensuring project success.
  • Assist in managing and scheduling social media content.
  • Monitor social media trends and incorporate them into designs.
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
  • Organize and maintain design files, assets, and project documentation to ensure efficient workflow and easy access to resources for team members.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, coordinating events, and collecting advertisement decks as needed.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working in marketing or graphic design roles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in social media marketing and management.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
