As a Realtor at The Grant Team REMAX Anchor you will be responsible for assisting clients throughout the home buying process. This includes conducting market research, showing properties, negotiating offers, and guiding clients through closing procedures. Your goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth and successful real estate transaction for all parties involved.

• Conduct market analysis to determine property values and competitive pricing.
• Show properties to potential buyers and assist with property tours.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the closing process, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
• Stay informed about real estate market trends, mortgage rates, and industry regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and other real estate professionals to facilitate transactions.

• Active real estate license in Florida.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and neighborhoods.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems, and/or willingness to learn them.
