Reports To: Accounting Manager

JOB SUMMARY AND KEY OBJECTIVES

The Accounting Clerk is a “non-exempt” position that supports the Accounting and Call Center Department functions. Responsibilities include assisting in daily customer ordering process and customer payment posting. Additional support duties assigned by department staff as needed. The position embraces Capistrano’s Prime Directives and Statement of Values.

Call center and reception

  • Prepare morning reports for production
  • Take incoming calls from customers
  • Enter customer orders
  • Greet guests entering building
  • Prepare final reports end of day for production
  • File Paperwork

Accounts receivable

  • Enter customer payments
  • Reconcile driver paperwork with cash receipts
  • Issue credits to customers

Miscellaneous

  • Mail Customer Statements
  • Process reports for Administration
  • Other ad hoc tasks as needed
