As an Entry Level Customer Enrollment Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that each customer's journey begins on the right note. Responsibilities:
- Highlight the value proposition of the products/services being offered to drive new customer enrollment.
- Engage with potential customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand prospective customer needs and preferences to offer suitable products or services.
- Coordinate with other sales team members to share insights, successes, and challenges.
- Keep up-to-date with changes to products, services, pricing, and promotions.
- Create and maintain reports on sales metrics, team performance, and other relevant data to provide regular updates to management and clients.
- Continuously improve sales skills and knowledge through training and self-learning.
Qualifications:
