Our IT team is critical to helping our staff deliver exceptional care to the clients we serve. This is more than just tech support—it's about being a key player in making a difference.

What is the role?

  • Compensation: $21.60 per hour + full-time benefits
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00am to 5:30pm MST
  • Location: SSC Colorado Facilities
    • Your primary location will be our Denver offce, and occasional travel to Colorado Springs and Broomfield will be required

What You'll Do:

  • Be the Go-To Tech Support: You'll be the first point of contact for staff and clients, helping them resolve computer and system issues with your expert technical skills.
  • Solve Problems Creatively: From troubleshooting technical challenges to assessing hardware/software configurations, your ability to think critically will help us maintain smooth operations.
  • Empower Our Team: Educate staff on tech procedures, helping them become more self-sufficient while ensuring they feel supported throughout.
  • Keep Us Organized: Manage inventory, track system updates, and maintain documentation to keep our IT systems running like clockwork.
  • Stay Agile: Juggle multiple IT support requests, deploy new laptops for incoming team members, and travel between our locations to ensure all needs are met.

What We're Looking For:

  • A strong background in IT support (CompTIA A+ certification required)
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting technical issues
  • A customer-service mindset, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-tech team members
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, systems updates, and inventory
  • Flexibility to travel between our Colorado-area locations
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
