Skill/Job Requirements
1. Bachelor s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience working on O9 application with Business Analyst experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects.
1. Supply Chain data analytical skills and understanding of linear programming.
1. Forecasting algorithms understanding, predictive model analysis
2. Capacity constrained production planning data analysis
2. Experience with constrained based MRP solvers/algorithms.
1. MRP output analysis with multi node constraints modeling
2. Run simulation data models do What if analysis.
3. Strong proficiency in business process analysis in Supply chain planning, Supply operations and inventory controls.
4. Strong development skills in SQL, R, IBPL, Python, advanced Excel, and ability to learn and apply process skills in building and managing applications.
5. Strong Supply Chain Planning and operation process skills
6. Advanced MS Excel skills and ability to demonstrate data modeling.
7. Knowledge of Advanced planning systems like: APO, O9, Kinaxis etc.
8. Techno-functional Experience in working with constrained based MRP solvers/algorithms.
9. Experience working with business end users, gathering requirements, and building detailed functional design specifications.
10. Ability to work with minimum supervision or guidance.
3. Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
