ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Fernland State Farm is searching for a competitive person who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn agency-generated and self-generated leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As an Agency-Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equip you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Schedule virtual Good Neighbor Connect or in-office appointments
- Spark, grow, and maintain relationships with customers, identify needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the Agent on identifying marketing trends and opportunities to increase exposure.
- Be punctual, focus on achieving daily, weekly, monthly goals, and discussing newly realized goals with the Agent.
- Maintain a consistent, strong work ethic with a total commitment to realizing success when working with Agency team and customers
- Under-promise, over-deliver, and differentiate the Fernland State Farm Agency by exceeding customer service expectations.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Show up every day in a way that adds value to this team.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent REQUIRED; Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Sales experience NOT required - but a desire to develop as a sales professional is expected of all applicants.
- Possess a competitive spirit that inspires you to GROW as a professional.
- Willingness to commit to continuous professional development.
- Willingness to be coached - PAID TRAINING is included.
- Ability to learn and execute established and ever-evolving Sales- and Office-processes.
- Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to provide an exceptional customer service experience.
- An ability to communicate effectively and with empathy.
- Ability to pass a background screening and legally able to work within the United States.
- Active insurance licenses NOT necessary to inquire - Licensing expectations discussed in step 2 and 3 of the interview process.
