Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have experience hand soldering components on circuit board assemblies, ensuring high-quality workmanship. The candidate may be required to perform rework, including de-soldering and re-soldering components.

Requirements:

Essential Job Functions:

  • Perform hand soldering on circuit assemblies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Identify a proper solder joint per IPC standard.
  • Any other tasks assigned by management.

Skills:

  • Familiar with proper hand soldering techniques.
