About the Role:
Were on the hunt for a dynamic Technical Project Manager to join the hive on behalf of our client. In this role, you'll focus on case management to support the Multifamily implementation of the IRA (Inflation Reduction Act) HEAR/HER (Home Energy Rebate) programs. Your Mission:
- Support the continuous improvement of existing programs in the multifamily sector.
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, including scope, schedule, and budgets.
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders to increase coordination.
- Manage contractors and program support agreements.
- Resolve issues regarding assigned projects with applicants or consultants.
- Support the development of PONs (Program Opportunity Notice) and RFPs (Request for Proposal).
- Participate in processes to test, measure, and adjust to maximize success.
- Conduct advanced data analysis to support reporting, program improvement, and new strategy development.
- Participate in the evaluation of program effectiveness.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the key outcomes for the Multifamily Team.
What You Bring:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget of project agreements and other program support agreements.
- Support strategic market engagement and partnership development.
- Facilitate and execute continuous improvement of program rules and business processes.
- Outstanding external and customer communications skills (written and verbal).
- Coordinate with other departments to support projects and refine strategies and processes.
- Self-starter who functions well independently and in teams.
- Ability to synthesize information, including stakeholder feedback, white paper research, and policy documents.
- Ability to develop clear and compelling presentations.
- Program implementation experience, especially for programs that require installation/construction of clean energy technology or provide technical assistance for clean energy projects.
- Some knowledge of energy-consuming systems commonly found in multifamily buildings, including HVAC technologies, lighting, and building envelope.
- Some knowledge of energy conservation measures in deep retrofit energy efficiency projects for existing multifamily buildings (e.g., Passive House, heat pumps) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, policy, public or business administration, architecture, real estate, urban planning, or related field.
- Preferred previous experience as a Project Manager or certification in Project Management (CAPM or PMP) and CEM or CEA.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
- Familiarity with NEIS financial and contract management platform, Buildings Portal, SharePoint, and knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
