Position Overview

Successful State Farm Agency seeking a licensed, highly motivated, and skilled Insurance and Financial Services Sales Agent to join our team You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new clients. As an Insurance and Financial Services Sales Agent Team Member, you will also be responsible for pivoting to existing clients after determining their needs through high-level conversation.   • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.

  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

Requirements

  • Property and Casualty license and/or Life, Accident & Health license (must have P&C and/or L&H)
