Financial Services Search caters to Hedge Funds, Investment Banks, and Consulting Firms in fulfilling their mandates in the laterals of finance/accounting, risk management, quantitative and data analytics.


Collaborative work environment, complete training program, and uncapped commissions with a generous compensation plan.


This role is fully in office at first, but it could be hybrid at a later date based on performance.


Responsibilities:

  • Use your established network or our robust systems to bring in new business and work on existing mandates.
  • Work closely with your clients and applicants to understand their requirements and find solutions to their recruitment and search needs
  • Locate, interview, and prepare candidates for interviews
  • Handle all negotiations and close deals
  • Stay organized and maintain ongoing communications with clients and candidates


Requirements:

  • MUST have at least 2 years of experience in financial search sales
  • Fearless on the phone and video meet
  • Ability to stay organized and follow-up with potential clients and candidates
  • Self-motivated to maximize your earnings
  • Comfortable working in databases and Microsoft Word
