We have an immediate opening for a full-time NextGen Template Scheduler to join our team. The schedule is Monday - Friday 7 am - 4 pm or 8 am - 5 pm. This position will be hybrid following successful completion of 90 day review. The physical location for this position is flexible outside of Rockville but must be at one of our locations in the DMV region.

We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn’t specifically our “job.” In general, the Pre-Surgical Screener is responsible for:

  • Creates template schedules for the clinical and OR teams supporting all of the DMV
  • Interacts daily with physicians and managers regarding scheduling requests

What You'll Bring:

The skills and education we need are:

High School diploma or equivalent

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • NextGen experience strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail is a must
  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to follow-through, and high degree of comfort with computer applications, accuracy and speed with data entry is required
