Position Summary:

We are seeking a visionary Vice President of Sales & Growth to revolutionize our sales department and spearhead expansion efforts across multiple verticals, including title and escrow services. This role is not for the faint-hearted; we need a formidable leader with a killer instinct for sales, capable of transforming our current operations-centric culture into a powerhouse of sales excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to significantly increase our market footprint.

  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of high-performing sales professionals; fostering a culture of success, innovation, and relentless pursuit of excellence.

  • Manage and scale sales efforts across multiple new business verticals, ensuring cohesive and strategic growth.

  • Collaborate with marketing to drive sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives.

  • Drive the company’s revenue streams without reliance on traditional real estate experience, leveraging proven sales acumen to deliver results.

  • Achieve aggressive sales targets, with a compensation structure designed to reward outstanding performance handsomely.
