- Call, text and email prospective payroll talent and explain the process for onboarding with Openwork
- Verify talent ID’s, process I9’s, E-Verify and answer all questions that talent have
- Conduct follow-up calls to talent who have been unreachable and help them understand the importance of our onboarding process
- Manage a 250+ person pipeline and verify that all talent has complete the necessary documents
- Be a face of Openwork and provide excellent customer service skills both in-person and over the phone
- Other HR administrative duties as needed
- Minimum of 6+ months of exposure to onboarding processes or a strong desire to learn for future career development
- Must be able to commute to the Georgetown, TX area on a daily basis
- This position will require being on-site at the client’s location so you must be willing to drive to the client site multiple times per week and remain there for 4+ hour shifts
- Must be able to commit to the 1-2 month project

- Ability to gain HR onboarding experience
- $15-$18/hr
- Hours vary based on client’s needs. Schedule could work as follows:
- Monday to Friday 8a-5p OR Monday to Friday 2p to 10p. Schedule will vary, possible evening and weekend availability is required
