About the Job

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team as a Private Duty Nurse. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care
  • Patient assessments and coordination of care
  • Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Compliant, timely documentation of care provided
  • Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures
