We are looking for a motivated Entry Level Customer Service Associate who will work directly with our customer acquisitions and sales team to create and implement customer service and sales strategies for our clients. The Entry Level Customer Service Associate will work in a collaborative setting to execute experiential campaigns by working directly with clients and consumers in a specified target market to achieve set key performance targets as defined by our clients and senior management staff. 

Entry Level Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:

  • Work with customers directly daily to provide them with telecommunication and wireless services that they are eligible for 
  • Assist the sales team in processing orders and working with customers to notate their personal information professionally 
  • Collecting customer feedback by gathering data on campaign success to increase our clients ROI and generate sales revenue 
  • Complete local customer research to better understand the needs of the target audience
  • Assist in the formation of sales and customer acquisition strategies to support the leadership team 
  • Upsell products and services to meet company sales goals while providing superior customer service 
  • Maintain professional knowledge by attending ongoing training and networking conferences 

Entry Level Customer Service Associate  Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business preferred 
  • Experience in customer service and/or sales preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills 
  • Ability to negotiate and problem solve in a fast-paced environment 
  • Reliable transportation
