Entry-Level Customer Service and Sales Representative

Position Overview:
Are you ready to embark on a journey where every interaction has the potential to create magic? Magic5 is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Customer Service and Sales Representatives. In this role, you will be the face of Magic5, connecting with our valued customers, assisting them with their inquiries, and guiding them through a magical experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and returns, ensuring a seamless and enchanting experience.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to promote our magical products and services.
  •  
  • Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Continuously strive to enhance the customer experience through proactive problem-solving and innovation.

 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with a desire to achieve targets and drive revenue.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Enthusiasm for magic and a willingness to embrace the whimsical nature of our brand.
