Schedule:

  • Full-Time: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm (Willing to be flexible)

Duties:

  • Provide kind and compassionate care to our residents.
  • Conduct resident assessments by gathering information about physical and mental health.
  • Coordinates with healthcare team to create personalized care plans.
  • Facilitate Medicare Program to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
  • Provides ongoing education to the Interdisciplinary Team regarding the RAI process.

Qualifications:

  • Current RN licensure
  • Must have a minimum of two years' experience in Medicare/PPS and OBRA MDS
  • Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to meet numerous deadlines
