Essential Functions:

  • Timely respond to client questions
  • Outstanding funds follow up
  • Bank account reconciliations
  • ACH & Positive Pay file submissions
  • End of Day accounting processes
  • Returned item notifications
  • Stop payments
  • Accounts Receivable collections
  • Accounts Payable distributions
  • Liability invoicing and credits
  • Balance customers' accounts across multiple systems
  • Additional duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

  • Banking Industry process and procedure knowledge
  • General accounting knowledge
  • Ability to work in a fast pace and deadline driven industry
  • Comfortable multitasking and working independently
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Work closely with internal departments and outside agencies
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
  • Experience with FOUNDATION®, MasterTax, and Salesforce preferred but not required
  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related work experience a plus
