Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Banking Professional to join our team at the Strongsville Branch. As a key member of our retail banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with banking transactions, including opening depository accounts and resolving customer issues.
  • Work in a team environment to provide a positive customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive business growth and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date on banking products and services to provide informed recommendations to customers.

Requirements

  • 6 months of recent Retail Bank Teller experience.
  • 2 years of recent experience working in a retail branch banking location on the platform with new account openings and resolving customer issues.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, including professional grammar and demeanor, as well as positive, proactive, and friendly interpersonal skills.
  • The successful candidate will work in all areas of the branch.
  • High School graduate or equivalent.
