Responsibilities:
  • Shipping and Receiving:
    • Manage incoming and outgoing shipments
    • Handle RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations)
  • Purchase Orders:
    • Create and manage purchase orders (POs)
  • Inventory Control:
    • Conduct cycle counting
    • Set minimum order points
    • Ensure product accuracy and maintain inventory levels
  • Warehouse Operations:
    • Open and close the warehouse
    • Keep the work area clean and safe
    • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
    • Perform local pickups and deliveries
    • Distribute mail
  • Office Work:
    • Order entry and inventory management in a climate-controlled office
Work Schedule:
  • Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Compensation:
  • $17-$20 per hour
  • Full benefits package including healthcare, dental, and vision
  • Paid holidays
  • Paid time off
  • 401K with company match
Work Environment:
  • Fun and challenging environment
  • Non-climate-controlled warehouse
  • Climate-controlled office for order entry and inventory management
Warehouse Specialist Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, squat, and move at a fast pace during the shift
  • Forklift operator experience (certification is a plus)
  • Experience with pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
  • Proficiency with computers and familiar with FedEx, UPS, and other shipping software programs
  • Minimum of 4 years of recent hands-on experience in the same or a similar role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
