Job Description:

Advanced Pro Services is seeking a dedicated and professional Ambassador/Traffic Director to join our team. This position is integral to our operations, ensuring smooth traffic flow and providing excellent customer service at our hospital-based location.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct traffic to ensure efficient vehicle flow in and out of the hospital premises
  • Provide clear and courteous directions to visitors and staff
  • Assist in parking management and ensuring spaces are used efficiently
  • Serve as a point of contact for any inquiries or issues related to parking and traffic
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
  • Stand or sit depending on placement and job requirements
  • Retrieve wheelchairs for patients or visitors as needed

Work Environment:

  • This role requires flexibility to work both inside and outside depending on the needs of Advanced Pro Services
  • The position is based at a hospital location, which may involve interaction with patients, visitors, and hospital staff

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Pay rate of $12 per hour
  • Weekly compensation
  • Medical and dental benefits available after 90 days of employment
  • Parking is included
  • Access to public transportation is available

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods depending on job requirements
  • Ability to retrieve and handle wheelchairs as needed
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required
