Job DescriptionJob Description

MRI of University Circle has partnered with a leading label and packaging inkjet equipment manufacturer that is expanding their footprint across the United States. We are seeking Field Service Engineers / Service Technicians in North Carolina or South Carolina. This role will be remote, working from home. This role will provide installation, technical support, repair, and maintenance on various types of high-end printing equipment.

Requirements:

  • Experience working on high-end printing equipment (i.e., high-speed continuous feed inkjet, label inkjet, corrugated inkjet, wide-format inkjet, grand format inkjet, digital press, etc.)
  • Experience providing excellent customer service while under pressure
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to travel away from home at least 50% of the time
