Executes tasks and provides support to maintenance management related to Maximo and/or SAP PM, a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
Willingness to learn tasks and execution within CMMS system
Management of the Raritan SAP PM/MAXIMO database
Ordering parts and items for Engineering as needed
Work closely with the vendors for their ordering system and ongoing support
Track inventory and provide reporting related to supplies and stockrooms
Manage uniforms and lockers program for site employees
Work closely with the employees and associated vendorsAdditional duties/responsibilities
Support Maintenance and Engineering projects, EHS, and process improvement projects.
Collaborate with multiple departments such as Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, EHS, Quality and Warehouse on a regular basis.
Gowning (protective clothing and safety equipment) for manufacturing spaces worn, as required
Ability to work in bio-hazard areas and clean rooms
Working conditions include sitting, standing, walking, lifting, climbing stepstools, working with hands in cramped or awkward positions. Individual must be mobile and able to lift 50 lbs.
Role could include additional responsibilities that arise based upon the needs of the organization, per management discretion.Skills Required/Qualifications:
Minimum of Technical or Associates Degree or equivalent 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment
