BranchPattern seeks a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive our brand's growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing strategy, digital marketing, and team leadership. This role requires a strategic thinker who can execute comprehensive marketing plans, enhance our market presence, and support business development initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Execution: Serve as responsible party for implementation of specific marketing initiatives that align with the company's annual business plan. Manage marketing plans, budgets, and campaigns to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
  2. Digital Marketing: Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing. Optimize digital channels to drive website traffic, lead generation, and brand awareness. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and improve results.
  3. Content Creation and Management: Lead the creation and distribution of high-quality content across various platforms, including the company website, newsletters, social media, and marketing materials. Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all content and communication materials. Develop compelling white papers, case studies, and technical articles showcasing our expertise and successful projects.
  4. Brand Management: Strengthen and maintain the company's brand identity and reputation. Oversee brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing and communication materials. Lead initiatives to enhance brand visibility and credibility in the industry.
  5. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Provide guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives. Encourage continuous learning and development within the team.
  6. Proposal Oversight and QAQC: Oversee the proposal development process by providing strategic guidance that improve efficiency and quality. Work closely with the proposal coordinator to ensure content aligns with client needs and company capabilities. Review proposals for accuracy, clarity, and persuasive impact, offering feedback to enhance effectiveness. Ensure all proposals maintain high standards and meet submission deadlines. Analyze proposal outcomes to identify areas for improvement and refine future strategies.
  7. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with executives and technical teams to gather information and create content that supports business development and marketing efforts. Ensure alignment and cohesion between marketing strategies and business objectives.
  8. Event Planning and Management: Plan, organize, and execute industry events, conferences, and webinars to enhance the company's visibility and network. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful event execution.
  9. Market Research and Analysis: Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities. Analyze data to develop targeted marketing strategies that align with industry advancements and company goals.
  10. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on best practices in marketing, digital strategies, and industry trends. Provide feedback and insights to improve marketing efforts and drive innovation.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing management.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital strategies, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective marketing plans.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media management, and analytics.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in content creation, brand management, and event planning is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, marketing automation tools, and Adobe Create Suite.
