Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master's or relevant certification in HR innovation preferred).
- Proven experience in HR, with a strong track record of managing innovative projects and implementing new HR solutions.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead complex projects and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess emerging trends and technologies and apply them effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with HR technology and systems, including HRIS, talent management systems, and data analytics tools.
- Creative and forward-thinking mindset, with a passion for driving change and innovation within the HR function.
