As a Manager/Director, you will manage the day to day operations of a busy Learning Center. You will be expected to meet revenue, operations, and marketing goals. The four main components include:

  • SALES
  • MARKETING
  • MANAGEMENT
  • EDUCATION

By focusing on these areas and ensuring that each component supports the others, you can effectively manage your Learning Center and drive its success.

Position Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
  • Experience:
    • Previous management and sales experience is advantageous.
    • Educational experience is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional customer service and communication skills are essential.
    • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment.
    • High levels of self-motivation and initiative are required.
  • Additional Requirements:
    • Valid state driver’s license.
    • Access to reliable transportation.
