We are seeking a Sales Professional, Home Solutions Advisor to schedule and meet with clients in their home to discuss their heating and cooling needs and present solutions to make their personal space more comfortable. Industry experience is not required, but HVAC or similar industry preferred. We are a Bryant Factory Authorized Dealer and offer company paid training for dealer training, and NATE Certifications. Annual earning potential $150K +

Job Title: HVAC Sales / Home Solution Adviser

Pay Rate: Base + commissions + spiffs. Desire to earn $150K+

Work hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Work hours will vary based upon scheduling needs of customer, presentation times and seasonality, may include evenings and Saturday appointments.

What you will be doing:

  • Meeting with customers in their homes
  • Excellent customer service
  • Educating customers on the various options and designs of new or replacement HVAC equipment and Indoor Air Quality accessories
  • You will professionally advise homeowners in determining the correct heating and cooling systems that offers the best solution to fit their needs
  • Building long-term successful client relationships

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • 2+ years consultative sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Goal orientated with a strong desire to succeed
  • Solid organizational and sales pipeline management skills
  • Comfortable working directly with consumers in their home
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication and follow up skills
  • Ability to use company-furnished technology products
  • Goal oriented
  • High school Diploma or equivalent
  • Pass background check and drug screen

Qualifications desired:

  • 2+ years' in-home sales experience of home improvement products
