Yorktel is currently seeking a SME – Angular Web Developer who will assist the client by working with the agency webmasters in the development and maintenance of client websites and in maintaining the content, linkages, and the use of proper syntax of the Internet pages owned by the client.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Role-Based Case Management Views: (These views would also be required for the controllers and writers with slight changes specific to the role)
    • Administrative Views
    • Manager Views
    • Policy Coordinator
    • Reviewer
    • Referral Screen (with a print folder to stage work that needs printing)
    • Ability to work cases from the staff folder
    • Creation of closed and refer case folders
    • Ability for controllers to close cases, not just from writer status
    • Ability for writers to assign cases to other writers
    • Fact Sheet Screen
    • Case History Screen
    • Section to access resources needed for work (COM, EPICS User Guide, etc.)
    • Save information automatically (not requiring hitting save button)
    • Adjustments to search functionality
      • Column sort/filter capability
      • Ability to assign work from the search function
  • Report Types:
    • Processing Time
    • Number of cases completed (closed and/or referred) by month/fiscal year
    • Number of cases initiated by month over the fiscal year
    • Age of the cases pending by case type (e.g., 50 cases that are over 1-30 days old, 31-40, 41 and over)
    • Number of cases by subject matter code

Leadership & Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None

Skills & Abilities:

  • Front-End Developer who is experienced using the following technologies:

    • Confident and mastery of Angular 17 and higher
    • Confident and mastery of TypeScript
    • Understands Tailwind CSS
    • Understands how to use the client agency ANDI Tool

  • Back-End Developer who is experienced using the following technologies:

    • Confident and mastery of ASP.NET Core Web API
      • Fast Endpoints Library
    • Confident and mastery of the C# language
    • Confident and mastery of Entity Framework Core
    • Basic understanding of Entra ID (Formally known as Azure AD)
      • MSAL: Microsoft Authentication Library
        • OAuth 2.0
        • OpenID
    • Azure DevOps CI/CD Automation pipeline
      • To maintain current automation, build, and release pipelines

Education & Experience:

  • Have 10 years of experience in web design and development or
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in a multi-media web design or IT related field plus 5 years of experience in web development

Additional Requirements:

  • May require occasional lifting to 25 lbs.
  • Requires extensive sitting, standing and walking
  • Domestic travel requiring multi-night stays within and at times outside the local work area
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Valid Passport: International Travel may be required
  • Must be willing to complete background checks and drug tests as required by current or future contracts
  • Must be willing to apply for security clearances, suitability, and other related clearances to be able to work at certain customer locations
