Summary: The Apparel Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visual concepts that inspire and captivate the consumer while creating a consistent brand representation across all materials. This role will develop creative ideas and concepts to suit L2 Brands' business objectives. This position reports to the Graphic Art Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Create relevant and engaging apparel graphics, focusing on each of our various channels (Destination, College, Golf).
  2. Create custom graphic development for specific customer needs.
  3. Proactively manage deadlines by design calendar.
  4. Responsible for researching graphic trends, techniques, and inspiration.
  5. Assist in preparing and maintain mood boards at the beginning of each season.
  6. Manage and maintain the uploading of new graphic launches to the database. Keeping information up-to-date as changes occur.
  7. Assist in the creation and execution of graphic related collateral and sales tools.
  8. Assist in the set up of all sampled apparel products; for tradeshows, kits and other key licensed accounts.
  9. Collaborate with the Creative Team to provide constructive feedback on each team members graphics, in order to launch the strongest collection each season.
  10. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional team members (Merchandising, Marketing, Sales).
  11. Maintain a thorough understanding of L2’s various brands and product lines.
  12. Ability to present and communicate a vision to senior leadership.
