Role Overview:

We're seeking an experienced Client Success Manager to join our rapidly expanding team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing our largest and most strategic real estate investor accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, driving renewals, and identifying expansion opportunities. You'll play a crucial role in showcasing the value of Ownwell's services and contributing to our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value real estate investor clients, including large-scale property owners, REITs, and investment firms
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations
  • Proactively monitor client accounts, ensure successful onboarding, and oversee the delivery of Ownwell's services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and enhance service delivery
  • Analyze client data and usage patterns to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services
  • Drive account renewals and expansion revenue by demonstrating clear ROI and value to clients
  • Gather and communicate client feedback to inform product development and service improvements
  • Stay informed about industry trends, tax regulations, and Ownwell's service offerings across our operating states
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in client success, account management, or similar roles, preferably in SaaS or real estate-related industries
  • Proven track record of managing and growing large, complex accounts
  • Strong understanding of real estate investment, property management, or property tax concepts
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (or equivalent experience)
