Were seeking a seasoned Maintenance Lead Technician who not only has the technical skills but also possesses strong leadership abilities to guide a team and enhance our workplace.

Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Maintenance Supervisor/Lead Technician who is adept at hands-on maintenance and repair tasks while also having the leadership skills to manage and mentor a small team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and a proven track record of leading maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Hands-On Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance and repairs, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repairs.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality performance and professional development.
  • Problem Solving: Quickly diagnose and address maintenance issues as they arise, using technical expertise and critical thinking skills.
  • Communication: Maintain clear communication with office management and staff regarding maintenance schedules, disruptions, and improvements.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies, fostering a safe working environment.
Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably with a Property Management company or similar professional environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated ability to mentor and motivate others.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Relevant certifications or technical training in maintenance is a plus.
