Job Site Location:Fort Worth, TX 76179Pay Rate:$18.30/hrSchedule:Monday-Friday 8am-5pmOvertime Available?UnknownJob Type:TemporaryDuties/Responsibilities:
  • Load work instructions into the information centers and maintain paper and electronic records
  • Update production tracking systems
  • Pull customer approvals, shopping instructions, and scopes of work
  • Update car component information company system
  • Backup to certificate entry in Metal Trace
  • Create folders for inbound railcars and submit Bills of Lading for outbound railcars
  • Obtain customer approval and invoice finished product to meet monthly goals
  • Additional duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Must be highly proficient with MS Office Professional Suite (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Must be detail oriented, highly organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possesses excellent grammar, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with time management and meeting deadlines.
Education and Experience:
  • High School diploma preferred with 2-4 years of related experience.
