We are currently seeking temporary assistance in our Quality & Regulatory department. Seeking a go-getter, with good organizational skills that can assist in responding to customers, reviewing quality and regulatory documents, and help us enhance our efficiencies. This is a temporary position, with potential to become permanent.

OVERVIEW

The Quality & Regulatory Coordinator will play a crucial support role within the Quality & Regulatory Group. This position involves meticulous management of documentation, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and assistance in quality assurance activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

RESPONSIBILITES AND ACCOUNTABILITES:

* Customer Documentation Requests: Respond to customer requests for product documentation in our Freshdesk system, ensuring accurate and prompt delivery of the required information.

* Documentation Control Systems: Revitalize and simplify the current practices for storing documentation to enhance accessibility and efficiency.

* New Product Documentation: Collaborate with the team to organize and facilitate the authoring of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and other critical documents for new products.

* Vendor Approval and Certification Tracking: Initiate the creation of an Approved Vendor list, including tracking of certification expiry dates and reassessment needs.

* Non-Conformance Report (NCR) Assignment and Follow-Up: Assist in assigning NCRs to appropriate departments and monitor the resolution process to ensure timely and effective closure of issues. Assist in the statistical analysis of trends and help to identify areas for improvement.

* Training Records: Initiate and maintain training matrix to ensure records are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.

* Additional tasks and projects to be assigned as required.
