Clinical Assistant
for our IBHS-ABA Team in Lancaster, PA

$45,000 Full-Time Salaried Position with Benefits
Must be actively pursuing a master's degree and certification in Behavior Analysis

Get Paid to Obtain both Restricted and Unrestricted Experience Hours needed to qualify for the BCBA Exam

Essential Function of Position:  Assist assigned Clinical Supervisor in Delivering Clinical Services.
It is the Essential Function of Clinical Assistants to provide clinical support to SESD's Behavior Analysts, helping them ensure that clients are receiving intervention that meets the company's standards of "High Quality ABA" and that these services are IBHS-ABA Compliant.  

50% of Role:  Provide Direct Services to Clients
Clinical Assistants, as the most experienced of the direct intervention level team members, are typically assigned clients who have more complex skills acquisition or behavior reduction programs.


50% of Role:  Provide Non-Billable Clinical Assistance to Assigned Behavior Analyst
Clinical Assistants at SESD conduct non-billable clinical work directly assigned and supervised by a Behavior Analyst, tasks that support that BA’s clinical work with their caseload of clients, providing opportunities to engage in unrestricted experience hours as part of their paid position.

Required for the Position:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in social work, human services, psychology, healthcare management, business management, or other related area.
  • Must have completed at least 12 credits specifically in ABA that can be verified by course title on college transcripts.
  • Must be currently enrolled and actively obtaining ABA Fieldwork Experience hours; preferred that at least 500 hours have already been completed.
  • Must hold & maintain clear/benign results on current FBI Fingerprinting, PA State Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse Clearance, TB test, and all other Background Check items required by the state of PA for licensed IBHS providers.
  • The ability to provide at least 3 positive professional references with at least 1 having been a direct supervisor
