Responsibilities:

  • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, encompassing time and material billing, invoice processing, and applying customer receipts.
  • Conduct account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end close procedures.
  • Prepare financial reports and analysis as needed.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate financial records and compliance with company policies.
  • Support audit activities by furnishing necessary documentation and information.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

  • Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
  • Exhibits effective verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in AR with Netsuite ERP experience preferred.
  • Construction Industry experience is a plus.
