Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team in Tulsa, OK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of accounting tasks, including processing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining financial records, and assisting with general office duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions.
  • Assist in preparing invoices, reconciliations, and financial reports.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Perform data entry and ensure accuracy in accounting databases.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Assist with general office duties such as filing, answering phones, and organizing documents.
  • Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree in Accounting or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience in accounting or bookkeeping preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Must hold a minimum of 1 year of experience in an accounting role.
• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is essential.
• Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Experience in Billing procedures is required.
• Strong data entry skills are necessary.
• Proficiency in Invoice Processing is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in using Oracle for accounting tasks.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks software is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP for financial management is beneficial.
