Opportunity Overview

SD Solutions is seeking a capable and experienced Basic ARPA-H Contract Specialist (ISO Coordinator.) As a Contract Specialist, you will play a vital role in advancing the missions of ARPA-H's Resilient Systems Office (RSO) or Proactive Health Office (PHO) by aiding in the creation of solicitations and associated documents, managing Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) proposals and negotiations, and facilitating coordination within the mission office for cost proposals and technical evaluations.

  • General knowledge and experience with acquisition awards, such as Cooperative Agreements and Other Transactions, along with familiarity with acquisition documentation requirements (RFI, SN, BAA, J&A).
  • Experience in a research and development (R&D) environment is highly desirable.
  • Background in supporting federal or commercial health agencies/organizations is a plus.



Requirements Overview

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 3 years of experience as a contract specialist, ideally in a government or research context.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience supporting DARPA or similar federal "ARPA" agencies (IARPA, ARPA-E, HSARPA).
  • Familiarity with Other Transactions Authorities (OTAs), grants, contracts, and cooperative agreements.

  •       Clearance requirement: Active or able to obtain Public Trust.
  •          U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency is required per contract
