Job Description:

As an HR Coordinator, you will manage key HR processes, assist with Benefits and onboarding, and provide administrative support to the HR department. This role is perfect for an individual with strong organizational skills and a desire to work in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits inquiries, processing enrollments and terminations, and reconciling benefit statements.
  • Manage Temporary Workforce: Coordinate contingent workforce activities, including handling relationships with staffing agencies and tracking workforce metrics.
  • Workers’ Compensation & Compliance: Process claims and manage OSHA paperwork.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, candidate screenings, reference checks, and more.
  • Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process, including scheduling orientations and processing new hire paperwork.
  • Employee Engagement: Lead initiatives for employee events and activities within budget guidelines.
  • Service Award Program: Oversee the coordination and distribution of employee service awards.
  • Data & Record Management: Maintain HR records, enter data into HR systems, and generate reports.
  • Employee Surveys: Organize and coordinate employee surveys for feedback and improvement.
  • Administrative Assistance: Support the team by preparing presentations, organizing meetings, and managing other administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
  • 0–3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; SharePoint experience is a plus.
  • A customer service-focused approach with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment.
