We seek an experienced Curtainwall Superintendent to oversee and manage all curtainwall installation and related construction activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in curtainwall systems, including both construction and manufacturing processes. This role requires hands-on leadership to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:


Project Management:

  • Lead and manage curtainwall installation projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and client expectations.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress to meet project milestones.

Technical Oversight:

  • Supervise the installation of curtainwall systems, ensuring proper alignment, fit, and finish according to design specifications.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to installation teams, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions as needed.
  • Ensure that all installations meet quality control standards and adhere to industry best practices.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage field crews, ensuring that they have the tools, training, and support needed to perform their tasks effectively.
  • Conduct regular site meetings to communicate project updates, and safety protocols, and address any concerns.
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork on-site.


Safety Management:

  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular safety audits and inspections.
  • Implement and enforce job site safety plans, conducting safety meetings and training sessions as required.

Quality Assurance:

  • Oversee the inspection of curtainwall installations to ensure they meet design and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with quality control teams to identify and address any defects or issues promptly.

Client Relations:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on curtainwall projects, maintaining open lines of communication to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Address any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
