AVS Companies, a national distributor of Vending and Coin-operated Amusement equipment, parts and service seeks a full-time clerk for its Parts Department in its Irving, Texas location.
The Parts Department clerk duties include:
- Processing customer orders placed via telephone, email and in-person.
- Processing inbound and outbound repair and warranty items
- Receiving inbound shipments
- Packing and shipping outbound orders
- Assist with maintaining appropriate inventory levels for the department.
- Maintain an organized work environment to improve efficiency and provide optimal levels of customer service.
- Build relationships with customers and vendors to enhance the overall customer experience with AVS.
Candidates must have:
- Experience in a retail/wholesale Parts Department environment.
- Personable and courteous customer service skills
- Active listening skills
- Attention to detail.
- Creative thinking/problem solving skills.
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with PCs and retail ERP systems - NetSuite experience a plus
Familiarity with vending or coin-operated amusement machines is desirable. Training will be provided.
Pay commensurate with experience.
