Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Lockbox Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for performing general clerical duties to record and maintain customer accounts. You will work closely with our team to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and correspondence.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and prepare items for distribution to Image Item Processing or Transit Department
• Maintain records of documents processed and compile reports according to standard operating procedures
• Assist with customer inquiries regarding lockbox operations
• Retrieve all end-of-day reports from system and file accordingly
• Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements

• Shift availability: Saturday, 7am-6pm and Sunday, 6am-5pm
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Accurate and detail oriented
• Data entry skills
• Multi-task oriented
• Time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft computer applications

Preferred Skills

• Lockbox experience
• Check processing experience
