Step into the role of VMRC’s new Director of Culture and Belonging, where you’ll be the architect of an inclusive environment that champions diversity, equity, inclusion, access, and belonging (DEIA&B). You’ll weave these critical values into the very fabric of our organization, crafting a workplace that is not just a place to work, but a place of belonging, to be heard, and to flourish.

Requirements:

Must-haves for the journey:


- A proactive vaccination status against COVID-19, keeping us all safe and healthy.

- A commitment to maintaining a drug-free environment, underscored by favorable pre-employment screenings.

- A 3–5 year foundation of education and relevant work experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion, human resources, or a related field—ideally supported by a Bachelor’s or Preferred Master’s degree.

- Exceptional relational skills to connect with a diverse spectrum of individuals.

- A proficiency in English, and Spanish is a plus,( but not required) adding to the rich tapestry of voices within our community .
