What does a Quality Control Lab Manager do?

As the Quality Control Lab Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing all quality control and assurance processes within our fastener manufacturing company. Your responsibilities will include leading a team of QC professionals, implementing quality systems, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction. From managing the A2LA accreditation process to optimizing quality control processes for fastener manufacturing, this role offers a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Are you the Quality Control Lab Manager we're looking for?

To excel in the role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering or quality management. Your success will also depend on your extensive experience in quality control, specifically in manufacturing processes and fastener production. Proficiency in A2LA accreditation requirements and managing accredited laboratories is crucial.

Strong leadership and team management skills are essential, coupled with a deep understanding of quality management systems, statistical methods, and testing techniques.
